Sony prides itself on providing high-quality entertainment across platforms, and for the 2012 launch of the Sony Xperia ion, they wanted a message which would merge the richness of HD quality with the mobile screen.

Response

Audience Entertainment’s approach focused on highlighting the ion’s capabilities through play. The game created for this campaign allowed audiences to use their arms to move an Xperia ion as a paddle. By shifting the paddle, players could hit a ball and shatter boxes obscuring the image behind them. As players successfully broke the boxes, they revealed the HD quality image rendered possible by the Sony Xperia ion.
